Job Summary
Requirements:
- BComm/BTech or National Diploma within financial space
- 4 to5 years’ min experience in finance.
- Good mathematical and computer skills
- Sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Working knowledge of SAGE 300
- Strong Reconciliations of daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
- Doing Budgets preparations
- Exposure to supply chain management an advantage
.Key Respnsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
- Preparing management/financial reports
- Overall accounting process
- Management of Fixed Assets
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
- Responsible for planning and buying
- Liaise with suppliers on quality and performance of the products
- Prepare reports and updates as and when required
