Job Summary
Requirements:
Relevant degree with 3 years working experience in FMCG / Retail industry or in a similar role. Advanced Excel abilities. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting. Knowledge of industrys legal rules, regulations, and guidelines. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics. Knowledge of different business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and customer service etc.) Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM). Good with numbers and financial planning. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational and leadership ability. Problem-solving aptitude. Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the company. Delegate responsibilities effectively. Conflict management. Location: Western Cape, Head Office based in Edgemead
Salary:
