Job Summary
Paterson Grade: E-Lower
Salary Range: R818 400 – R1 636 800 per annum
Key
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and executing organizational vision and operational strategies.
- Oversee daily operations, driving employee productivity and fostering a highly inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead strategic planning, policy development, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the effective operation of the organization.
- Set performance goals, monitor operational plans, and contribute to annual performance reporting.
- Liaise with internal auditors to identify and mitigate strategic and operational risks.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree at honours level (mandatory)
- Master’s in Business or additional relevant qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum of 15 years’ working experience
- Minimum of 3 years at Executive Management level
- Knowledge of:
- National Credit Act
- Relevant labour legislation
- Public Finance Management Act
- Other applicable legislation
- Strong leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in risk management and compliance oversight
