Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure clear and transparent communication of the Groups financial performance and strategic direction. Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of operations technology. Attend technical meetings and conferences to stay abreast of latest developments and trends Interpret SOPS requirements and ensure that correct quality and quantity of various products are available to meet Companys sales forecasts Benchmark resource levels and production efficiencies against similar plants and implement plans and actions to continuously improve Ensure that plants and equipment are properly maintained and make appropriate capital investments to ensure sustainable manufacturing. Previous experience in a managerial role within the food production industry, with a strong understanding of operational processes and challenges. Proven track record of successfully leading production operations. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards in the food industry.
