Job Summary
Saw Mill Group Buyer Navision, Mbombela/ Nelspruit, Rneg + ben
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Procurement/Buying/Stores Management
- Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in large, computerized accounting systems
- Experience in Heavy machinery equipment
- Experience in Management
- Proven 5 years Experience in Buyer industry with references
- Experience in Sawmill Milling industry
- Knowledge of Navision
- Own Transport
Duties :
- Reporting to Chief Financial Officer
- Management and control procurement function and stores including maintenance and consumable stores
- Source suppliers with B-BBEE score as predetermined by company B-BBEE strategy
- Utilising Of Stagnant Stock
- Management of company vehicles
- Management of company diesel and fuel stocks
- Management of stores and staff
- Stock taking
- Keep stock holding to a minimum whilst keeping crucial stock at optimum specs and levels
- Compliance with admin and control procedures at all times
