Salary:
R4,000.00 – R5,000.00 basic (with potential for growth)* Responsibilities include:Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalismManaging appointment bookings and confirmationsHandling phone calls, emails, and client queriesProcessing payments and issuing invoicesAssisting with daily clinic admin tasksKeeping the reception area neat, calm, and presentableSupporting therapists and management where needed*
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (spa/clinic/hospitality industry is a bonus)Familiarity with booking systems (experience with ChiDesk is an advantage)Excellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressurePunctual, trustworthy, and detail-orientedPassionate about beauty, wellness, and aesthetics?
