- Proven experience as a Head Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a high-end establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing drink menus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Strong inventory management and cost control abilities.
