Job Summary
- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related field.
- At least 7+ years of proven experience in farming environment with management experience
- Strong leadership skills with a practical, data-driven, and people-centred approach.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Implements new initiatives in well organised and goal-oriented manner.
- Aligns yearly / monthly / weekly action plans with long term business objectives.
- Supervises all cultivation and production activities.
- Monitors progress and performance
- across all greenhouses, nurseries, open fields and packhouses.
- Prepares, monitors, and steers the production and COS related departmental budgets.
- Coordinates procurement in line with timelines and project needs.
- Monitors other expenditures and continuously strives for optimisation and cost efficiencies across all areas and advises CEO accordingly.
- Establishes and implements efficient workflows and SOPs where required that ensure efficiency, consistency, traceability, and compliance.
- Tracks and reports key operational metrics.
- Promotes decision-making based on evidence and performance outcomes.
- Ensures that all operations adhere to GAP, health and safety, environmental, and regulatory
