About the role:
As a Mid-Level Product Designer at Digemy, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development efforts forward. Your expertise in UI/UX design will be instrumental in shaping intuitive and engaging products that align with our ambitious goals for the year, ultimately enhancing our position as an industry leader.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and personas to address user needs effectively.
- Conduct user testing to validate designs and improve user satisfaction.
- Facilitate UI/UX workshops to gather insights and foster collaborative design thinking.
- Maintain open and effective communication with developers throughout the product design process to ensure seamless handovers and implementation.
- Perform competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into our design strategy.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to lead the evolution and management of a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints.
- Integrate gamification elements into designs to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and post-launch user feedback.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar product design role.
- Figma and FigJam expert, with a portfolio showcasing your skills, style, and know-how.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- Highly organised, methodical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep passion for all things product design, staying on top of global trends and movements within the industry.
