Job Summary
- Manage all administrative functions related to the parts department.
- Open job cards and capture timesheets.
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Perform job costing and generate purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate filing of all parts-related documentation.
- Respond to internal and external queries related to parts and procurement.
- Ensure smooth coordination between workshop, suppliers, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Previous experience with Sage Evolution software is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in a heavy-duty mechanical workshop or earthmoving equipment environment is highly desirable.
