Job Summary

Minimum Requirements Matric & Electrical Diploma/Degree 5 Years relevant experience within a construction environment Proficient on MS Office Suite Responsibilities Understand contract documents such as JBCC, NEC, MBA Tender for new projects Understand/read electrical drawings & draw up list of quantities Identify the extra work needed to be done on projects & claim extra costs from the Client Estimations & budgets for the project Advance claims on respective projects Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Project Managers & Foreman Negotiate for the best prices TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
