Minimum
Requirements:
BTech or B.Eng in Mechanical / Civil / Electric / Process / Chemical (Essential) or National Higher Diploma in Fire Technology Member of a Professional Body (ECSA / Institute of Fire Engineers) 5 – 10 years Fire Protection Design and Installation experience Piping systems experience Consulting Engineering, Mining and Minerals, Construction Use of hydraulic simulation software (Pipe flow or similar) Use of drawing programs (AutoCAD, Inventor or similar) Use of Visio Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (NFPA, FM, SANS, ASIB, Client Fire Standards (Anglo, Eskom, etc.) Skills and knowledge (Essential) reading and interpreting of drawings, Advanced Excel, Technical writing, Mine Health and Safety Act, Piping systems, Project administration) Consultant: Edna Anderhold – Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
