About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAIPA Accountant to join our team in Port Elizabeth, with a strong background in accounting and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns, and tax returns
- Provide expert advice on taxation and client accounting services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Xero, Sage, and SARS eFiling systems
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support and guidance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a SAIPA Accountant in the Accounting | Audit Industry
- Completed SAIPA Articles
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Xero, Sage, and SARS eFiling
- Strong knowledge of Annual Financial Statements, Management Accounts, VAT, Taxation, and Client Accounting Services

- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
