Location: Northern Cape, South Africa

Hire Resolve’s Client are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrumentation Technician to join their mining operation in the Northern Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of electronic instrumentation and control systems within the mining operation.

Responsibilities:
– Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair electronic instrumentation and control systems in the mining operation
– Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with instrumentation and control systems
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
– Collaborate with other technical staff and mining personnel to optimize performance of instrumentation systems
– Provide training and technical support to maintenance teams and mining staff
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
– Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:
– National Diploma: N6 / S4 or T3
– Trade Certificate: Instrumentation Mechanician
– 5 years’ experience on maintenance operations in a process plant
– Valid driver’s license

Benefits:

Salary: R800k R1,2m CTC
