Job Summary

Are you an experienced Recruitment and Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive excellence in recruitment strategy and operations? With 10-15 years of experience, a proven track record in recruitment (especially in foreign language services), and the ability to mentor and manage diverse teams with a deep understanding of recruitment companies, non-negotiable.

An ideal candidate would be results-driven, a strategic thinker with a passion for Recruitment and Operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or similar qualifications/experience.
  • 10 – 15 years covering recruitment strategy and operations, within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Proven experience in Recruitment (Foreign Language) with a deep understanding of recruitment companies.
  • Knowledge of managing diverse recruitment teams with a focus on innovation and high-quality delivery.
  • Minimum 5 years experience at Management level, responsible for ensuring the running of a profitable business with bottom line accountability.
  • Extensive experience in Perm Recruitment, or service-related industries.
  • Proven success in securing diverse business contracts, delivering impactful results and successful branch/operations within the Perm environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous Industrial Relations (IR) experience and good knowledge of IR procedures will be an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct presentations to secure contracts/ service level agreements.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle essential.

  • Utilize recent on-the-desk experience for effective candidate matching and successful placements
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and organizational trends
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, maintaining quality and timely delivery
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and sustained growth
  • Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive edge
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies, aligned to employer brand, to identify and attract top talent for management, critical and scarce skills positions
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and talent needs
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent landscape in the region
  • Collaborate with a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure successful execution of recruitment stategies
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, emphasizing continuous improvement and professional development
  • Executive end-to-end recruitment processes for management, scarce and critical skill roles, including candidate sourcing, assessment, interview coordination and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, both active and passive, through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of business objectives and talent requirements
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs), time-to-fill metrics, and market trends
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness
