Job Summary

The Digital Campaign & Lead strategist role is responsible for developing and executing both short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline within health insurance sectors. This role develops campaign strategies, creates and manages the lead generation, oversees the marketing budget, determines the optimal marketing mix, and prioritizes spending to maximize lead quality and conversion. The role will continuously refine and optimize strategies through various mediums, to ensure effective lead generation and return on investment. Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Management Analysis & Reporting Project Support & Event Management Marketing and Brand Activities Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred. Certifications in design and digital marketing are advantageous. Healthcare management or insurance-related certifications are a plus Expert level in META strategy Previous experience in aggressive lead generation campaigns Experience in building basic strategy for in Linkedin and Tik Tok aswell. Reporting and optimization Budget Management Excel Presentations Minimum of 5 years experience in digital campaign management and lead generation, ideally within insurance or a related field. Experience in digital design, lead generation, and campaign management, particularly in marketing insurance products. Meta Skills Required: Build Campaigns and Ads for lead generation Tracking Pixel Installation Building of Custom Audiences Location Specific Facebook Ads Targeting Lookalike Audiences Competitor Research Custom Reporting Metrics Higher Quality Conversions Ongoing Bid Improvement Engagement Rate Optimization Time-based Bid Improvements Instagram Ads and Placements Brand Awareness Campaigns Facebook Ads Account Management and Account Auditing
