Job Description:
- Search & Discover: Dive into our extensive database and applicant tracking system to find the perfect match for our client schools. Your keen eye for talent will identify the best educators to fill rewarding roles.
- Engage & Assess: Conduct engaging telephone screenings to uncover candidates’ hidden potential. Your conversations will be the first step in connecting educators with opportunities that fit their skills and aspirations.
- Support & Succeed: Work closely with our top biller, providing vital support in candidate sourcing, screening, and profile development. Your efforts will be key to a seamless and successful recruitment process.
- Analyze & Match: Use your analytical skills to understand job requirements and match candidates’ unique talents to the perfect positions in schools and educational institutions.
- Showcase & Promote: Write compelling candidate profiles that highlight their strengths and potential. Youll be the voice that champions educators to our placement managers.
- Hunt & Connect: Be proactive on job boards and online platforms, seeking out potential candidates and initiating conversations that lead to successful placements.
- Exceed & Achieve: Take the initiative and consistently strive to surpass your targets. Your drive and determination will fuel your success in this fast-paced, rewarding role.
Requirements
What Youll Bring:
- Experience in Recruitment
- Outstanding Communication Skills you know how to engage and inspire!
- Tech-Savviness experience with HubSpot, Zoho Recruit, or similar CRM/recruitment software is a big plus.
- Proactivity & Initiative youre always a step ahead, ready to seize opportunities and make things happen.
