REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Web Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in building reports and dashboards (Power BI preferred)
• Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML/CSS and CMS systems
• Experience with nopCommerce, Asana, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, JIRA) is advantageous
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance software to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-working abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Positive, “let’s go!” attitude, with a drive to succeed in a team setting

 
DUTIES:
 
Content Management:

• Oversee the editing, flow, and publishing of web content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and analysts to develop and update website content.

 
Website Development and Maintenance:

• Work closely with developers to implement and update website features and functionalities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness.

 
Data Management and Reporting:

• Assist in building custom reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and other tools.
• Develop automated data solutions and manage integration with Asana and other systems.
• Build and manage reports for internal use and external stakeholders.

 
User Experience Optimization:

• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including navigation, layout, and interactive elements.

 
Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Test and ensure quality assurance of web content and features before deployment.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, web standards, and best practices.

 
Collaboration and Innovation:

• Actively contribute to a senior technical team driving creative change.
• Assist in exploring opportunities in AI, data-driven processes, and tech innovation.

HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
