What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in guiding safaris, particularly in walking trails and bush craft

• Deep understanding of African wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding and educating others

• Commitment to promoting sustainable practices and environmental stewardship

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage guests with insightful and educational information

• High level of physical fitness and comfort working in the wild under challenging outdoor conditions

• First Aid and wilderness safety certifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead walking safaris that are both thrilling and informative

• Ensure the safety of guests and staff at all times during guided activities

• Share knowledge of local wildlife, plants, and ecosystems

• Act as an ambassador for conservation and environmental sustainability

• Work closely with the lodge team to create an outstanding guest experience

• Support other lodge activities, providing insight into the natural environment
