Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer NOC
Location: Cape Town, Northern Suburbs (Onsite only no out-of-town candidates considered)

What Youll Do:
- Manage NOC performance and network systems.
- Resolve escalations from Tier 1 & 2 to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead a skilled team, driving resource efficiency and technical excellence.
- Implement system upgrades, migrations, and best practices.
- Proactively optimize performance and document processes for repeatable success.
- Collaborate across teams and with clients to maintain strong relationships.

- RMM software
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years in a NOC/IT MSP environment.
- Expertise in Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Strong skills – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and PKI.
- Intermediate experience in VMware vSphere 6.5+, Hyper-V, and mass storage (SAN/NAS).
- Good understanding of VLANs, routing, and firewall behaviour.
- Proficiency in Exchange 2016+ and Microsoft Azure.
Qualifications:
- MCSA | MCSE | or relevant Microsoft role-based certifications from the Azure and Microsoft 365 lists.
- VCP-DCV (VMware Certified Professional) or Hyper-V.
- Experience with Veeam and Rubrik.
