About the Role

Hire Resolve is urgently seeking a QMS Facilitator for a 12 month contract in Upington, Northern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions and supporting learners in achieving their quality management system qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5), following the official curriculum.
  • Deliver both practical and theoretical instruction to learners, ensuring they are actively involved and understand the material.
  • Track and evaluate learners’ progress, providing helpful feedback and assistance.
  • Develop and share training resources, attendance logs, and assessment documents.
  • Keep detailed records of attendance, assessments, and learner results.
  • Assist learners with their workplace assignments and ensure they meet all the program requirements.
  • Guarantee that the training program adheres to the standards set by SETA and QCTO.

Requirements

  • Hold a qualification in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably at NQF Level 6 or higher).
  • Be officially accredited as a facilitator with a current ETDP SETA certification.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation, ideally within quality management or similar programs.
  • Have a strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Be capable of effectively managing diverse groups of learners in a structured educational setting.
