Job Overview: We are seeking for a Maintenance Lead to supervise, control, coordinate and oversee the overall work of maintenance staff engaged in renovation, refurbishing, repairs and maintenance of the resort’s structures, buildings, and amenities. This position needs someone to ensure all Health and Safety is adhered to and work in unison with the security manager as part of the Health & Safety committee. We also need the person to supervise the environmental committee with the goal of obtaining the required SEMP scores. Must have: Matric Certificate 3-5 years’ relevant maintenance experience 1-2 years’ experience coordinating independent projects or task. 5 years in building / trade environment Hand and power tools basics carpentry, electrical, plumbing and brick laying Soft skills: Administration and Management.
