Job Summary
ire Resolve’s client is a leading player in the electrical manufacturing industry and is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead field operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at client sites.
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.
-
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot complex electrical issues as needed.
-
Maintain accurate service records and report performance metrics to management.
-
Conduct training and mentoring of junior technicians.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a field service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and safety standards.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to travel frequently to various client sites.
-
Valid drivers license.
