You will play a key role in shaping the organisation’s financial future – overseeing everything from cash flow and compliance to budgeting and risk management. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive team and Board, you will guide financial decisions that drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

Duties:
- Provide strategic input and financial advice to the CEO and Board.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
- Oversee the full budgeting process and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure sound internal controls, asset protection, and audit compliance.
- Analyse financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and investors.
- Support strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honours (CTA)
- CA(SA)
Experience:
- Completed SAICA Articles
- Minimum of 10 years’ financial management experience, with 6+ years at senior level.
- Board exposure is a MUST.
- Core leadership skill in a senior management role
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly advantageous.
