Job Summary
- Manage an assigned territory with deep knowledge of the market, potential clients, and competitors
- Generate new business and maintain a balanced, diverse sales pipeline across all service offerings
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, collaborating with internal regional and global teams
- Design and present tailored logistics solutions, including network diagrams and cost-benefit analysis
- Oversee smooth onboarding of new accounts, including credit setup and transition to operations
- Support accounts receivable collections and ensure timely customer follow-up
- Maintain accurate sales data and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Represent the company in relevant trade groups and industry events
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep understanding of the trade and logistics industry, including market dynamics and key players
- Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional organizational skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Highly motivated, proactive, and driven by targets and results
- Skilled in building trust and long-term relationships with clients at all levels
- Decisive and adaptable, able to respond confidently in fast-paced or changing environments
- Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence outcomes and drive action
- Consistently reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Confident in delivering impactful, client-facing presentations
