Job Summary
Resolves client is seeking an experienced IT Support Field Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual who thrives on solving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients across various locations
-
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
-
Maintain and repair IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
-
Respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner
-
Document technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions accurately
-
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
-
Ensure all equipment and systems are compliant with company standards and security protocols
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role
-
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
-
Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
-
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
-
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
-
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
-
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites
