Job Summary

Qualification: Matric Major in Finance. economics, accounting, management, etc . NCR Certificate Prefer 4 years experience Responsibilities: Master the relevant professional knowledge such as Customer Relationship Management and Risk Management Master the basic theoretical knowledge of Principles of Finance, Bank Credit Management, Monetary Banking, Commercial Banking, Financial Analysis, etc., Master the rules and regulations of commercial vehicle retail business, and carry out own work in accordance with the regulations of the system Carry out the brand sales maintenance, and jointly carry out the sales promotion; Actively expand the market, carry out industry research, regularly visit dealers, track and feedback market trends, propose special market improvement work, submit and implement marketing plans, and track, analyze and evaluate marketing effects and market responses; Be responsible for registration, storage, inspection, supplementation and update of promotional materials, as well as distribution, supplementation and update of promotional materials in dealer showrooms; Be responsible for promotion and implementation of company””s new products and new policies, as well as promotion of online sales; Accept the network cooperation and credit application of dealers and institutional customers; conduct pre-loan investigations on customers in accordance with the regulations; Implement the dealer channel management related work; Implement the post-loan management of wholesale customers; be responsible for managing important business vouchers and materials according to the company””s requirements; organize and carry out the customer certificate expiration maintenance, renewal and collection work; Be responsible for implementation of risk control measures; carry out follow-up inspection of the timeliness and authenticity of the company””s vehicle mortgage handling; carry out authenticity inspections of other businesses; carry out risk identification, and track and handle regional business risks; Organize and implement repayment tracking, collection, litigation, preservation, and write-off management; Formulate and implement training plans for dealers at all levels; Be responsible for printing, collection and transmission of vouchers between the company and dealers; Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Job Summary

Duties: Sales & Promotion : Maintain brand sales and collaborate on promotions. Market Expansion : Conduct market research, visit dealers, monitor trends, and develop marketing strategies. Promotional Material Management : Handle promotional materials registration, distribution, and updates. New Products & Policies : Promote new products, company policies, and online sales initiatives. Dealer & Customer Support : Manage dealer and institutional customer cooperation, including credit and loan investigations. Channel Management : Execute dealer channel-related tasks. Post-Loan & Document Management : Oversee post-loan activities and manage critical business documents. Risk Control : Enforce risk management measures and verify the authenticity of transactions and documentation. Debt Recovery : Manage repayment tracking, collections, legal actions, and write-offs. Dealer Training : Develop and implement training for dealers. Voucher Handling : Oversee voucher processing between the company and dealers. Other Duties : Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership. Requirements: Education : Minimum: Matric certificate. Preferred: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields. Experience : At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Professional Knowledge & Skills : Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Risk Management . Ability to classify dealers by business scale and risk level, and apply targeted marketing strategies. Skilled in identifying customer risks during contract signing and visits, and taking preventive measures. Capable of executing asset preservation for overdue loan collection. Solid grasp of financial and banking concepts such as: Principles of Finance Bank Credit Management Monetary Banking Commercial Banking Financial Analysis Proficient in analyzing corporate financial reports , including assessing repayment ability, profitability, operational efficiency, and growth potential. Familiar with the risk characteristics of commercial vehicle operations and can identify hidden risks in customer industries. Master the rules and regulations of the commercial vehicle retail business , and perform duties in compliance with system regulations. Be familiar with the national macroeconomic and financial environment , as well as trends in the automotive finance industry and related sectors. Understand the Groups commercial vehicle products and local network layout , and be knowledgeable about the operating models of commercial vehicle dealers and fleets. Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and other standard office software. Comptencies/Personal Attributes: Communication & Coordination : Effectively communicate and coordinate with others, including professional and courteous phone interactions. Analytical Thinking : Ability to gather, interpret, and relate information; identify cause-effect relationships and propose practical solutions. Integrity : Adhere to the companys code of conduct, honor commitments, and maintain professional ethics. Enterprising Attitude : Display initiative, embrace challenges, set personal performance standards, and strive for achievement.
