As we continue to grow, were seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator to enhance our digital presence, engage top-tier candidates, and drive business growth through creative content marketing and paid advertising.

Role Overview

The Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn. You will develop targeted job postings, email campaigns, and social media strategies to attract both clients and candidates.

This is a revenue-generating role, where your efforts in marketing will directly impact the number of quality leads and placements made. Success in this position will be measured by lead conversions, social media engagement, and marketing-driven placements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Job Posting & Distribution

• Create compelling job postings that highlight employer branding and engage top talent.

• Optimize job ads using SEO-driven keywords and distribute them on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor post performance and adjust content to increase visibility and applicant engagement.

• Engage with relevant LinkedIn groups and industry forums to promote job opportunities.

2. Social Media & Brand Building

• Act as a brand ambassador by managing Adams Limitless LinkedIn presence.

• Develop daily LinkedIn content that showcases company culture, hiring success stories, and industry trends.

• Create engaging graphics, short-form videos, and carousels to improve reach and engagement.

• Monitor LinkedIn analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.

3. Email & Lead Nurturing Campaigns

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage clients and candidates.

• Create segmented email sequences for new job openings, industry news, and recruitment insights.

• Leverage tools like Zoho Recruit and Zoho CRM to automate and track campaign performance.

• Optimize email open rates and ensure candidates and clients stay engaged.

4. LinkedIn Ad Campaigns & Paid Advertising

• Set up and manage LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns to attract clients and candidates.

• Track ad performance and optimize for conversions.

• Work closely with the CEO to develop A/B tested messaging strategies for maximum ROI.

• Retarget past candidates and clients through precision ad targeting.

5. Marketing Projects & Content Development

• Work on strategic initiatives such as:

• Limitless Builders Club A digital content strategy to engage clients.

• Recruiter in a Box Develop digital resources (e.g., interview guides, job description templates) for clients and candidates.

• Referral Campaigns Create marketing materials and email workflows for referral programs.

• Optimize the Adams Limitless website and Sales Construction Talent landing page to improve lead generation and conversion.

6. Data & Performance Analytics

• Track conversion metrics for job postings, email campaigns, and social media efforts.

• Provide weekly reports on marketing performance, including KPIs such as:

• Job post engagement

• Email open and click-through rates

• Social media growth and interaction

• Ad spend efficiency and conversion rates

What We Look For

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or social media management.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, paid ads, and email campaign strategy.

• Experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, or other ATS/CRM platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.

• Strong analytical skills ability to measure marketing impact and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Highly organized with creative outside the box thinking to build brand awareness and convert viewers.

• Experience creating lead funnels and opt-ins with high conversion rates.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in construction recruitment or B2B marketing.

• Experience managing A/B testing for LinkedIn ad campaigns.

• Background in branding and employer marketing strategies.
