Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial health and performance of the group, overseeing multiple entities within our diverse portfolio of hospitality businesses. Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations across our group of luxury game lodges and related businesses. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the groups broader business objectives. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for all entities. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and performance analysis. Manage cash flow, investment planning, and financial risk assessments. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory financial requirements. Standardize financial policies and procedures across multiple companies. Provide high-level financial insight and strategic support to the executive team. Lead audits and stakeholder reporting processes. Cultivate a collaborative, solutions-oriented finance team culture. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Financial Accuracy: Consistent, timely, and accurate reporting across the group. Budget Management: Effective oversight of forecasting and cost allocation. Cost Control: Identify efficiencies and implement cost-saving measures. Cash Flow Management: Sustain strong liquidity and working capital practices. Compliance: Full compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Financial Strategy: Innovative financial planning aligned with growth objectives. Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of financial risks. Investment Oversight: Strategic investment guidance and return analysis. Team Engagement: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Leadership Support: Trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team. Qualifications: Demonstrated success as a CFO, Financial Director, or equivalent in the hospitality or tourism sector, preferably with exposure to multi-entity structures. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage financial operations at scale. Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in financial systems, forecasting tools, and modern reporting platforms. Relevant professional qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is required. Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of the group, managing multiple entities across different sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the financial future of a diverse, impact-oriented organization based in one of South Africas most inspiring regions. Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy and operations across all group businesses, including but not limited to luxury game lodges, ecotourism ventures, and other non-hospitality entities. Oversee consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the group. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and performance tracking across multiple business units. Develop and implement group-wide financial policies, controls, and systems. Manage cash flow, financial risk, and investment planning. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. Support strategic decision-making by providing high-level financial insights and scenario analysis. Lead audits, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement processes. Build and manage a high-performing finance team to support the groups varied operations. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accurate and timely group financial reporting Effective budgeting and forecast alignment Strategic cash flow and capital management Consistent regulatory and tax compliance Identification and implementation of cost efficiencies Sound risk management across diverse industries Effective team leadership and development Integration and standardization of financial processes Strategic financial support for business development and investment decisions Positive collaboration with cross-functional teams Qualifications & Experience: Proven success as a CFO, Financial Director, or equivalent in a multi-entity, multi-sector environment. Strong leadership and strategic financial management capabilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Solid understanding of financial and regulatory frameworks applicable across various industries. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, BI platforms, Excel). Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is essential. Experience in the hospitality, conservation, or ecotourism sectors is a plus, but not required. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
