We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a business builder, you will be responsible for creating revenue from scratch, building a team, and establishing operational structures to drive sustainable growth. You must possess strong entrepreneurial energy, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the premium lifestyle market.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter the market with entrepreneurial energy and create revenue from the ground up
- Build specifier relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and boutique hospitality professionals
- Establish and maintain direct client acquisition and conversion strategies
- Develop and implement operational infrastructure, systems, and processes to drive sales growth
- Drive sales, win clients, and generate consistent income against targets
- Ensure profitability, manage cash flow tightly, and develop financial control measures
- Lead a local team aligned with company culture and values
- Transition the operation to a structured, scalable business
