The Business Administrator will support various Departments such as Finance, Production and Sales and Marketing in financial management and compile data reports to make decisions. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and improving financial reporting, improving business data reporting, and strengthening internal financial and business processing reports.This is a fast-paced environment, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities.Key ObjectivesAccuracy & Efficiency: Track invoices, monitor occupancy, and assist with monthly closings.Reporting & Analysis: Develop monthly financial, sales and production reports highlighting revenue, costs, and trend analysis.Processes & Controls: Standardise accounts payable, review internal controls, and keep accurate records per company policies.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with the Accounts Manager.Accounts: Manage payables/receivables, generate invoices, reconcile income.Budgeting Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining business budgets.Business Reporting Compiling various business reports.Able to work on our MIS System develop and reportFinancial Reporting: Help prepare financial statements, forecasts, and variance
