About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Strategist with 1-2 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing their digital marketing efforts, driving growth, and enhancing customer engagement across all online touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and iterate on a quarterly digital strategy roadmap focused on:
- Product launches
- Seasonal campaigns (e.g., Winter skincare focus)
- Key brand-building moments (e.g., Skin Health Month)
* Create and own the marketing funnel from awareness > consideration > purchase > loyalty.
* Define KPIs, ensure alignment with revenue goals, and monitor ROI across platforms.
* Ideate and brief digital designers and copywriters on ad creative, landing pages, and email campaigns.
* Collaborate with specialists to test campaign angles, products, and target audiences (e.g., specific treatment types vs. broader anti-ageing solutions).
* Leverage research from SEO specialists to ensure campaigns are keyword-aligned.
* Conduct daily/weekly reviews of:
- Best-selling and underperforming SKUs
- Cart abandonment and checkout conversion rates
- Heatmaps and user journeys (using tools like Hotjar or GA4)
* Work with Web Developers to optimize User Experience (UX), product filtering, and upsell/cross-sell mechanics (e.g., frequently bought with).
* Build and iterate customer personas, including:
- First-time buyers
- Loyal skincare regimen customers
- Referral customers
* Plan and implement retention strategies such as:
- Replenishment reminders
- Birthday offers
- Personalized skincare routine suggestions via email.
* Oversee consistency across all digital touchpoints: website, email, social media, paid ads, and SEO content.
* Coordinate with various specialists, including:
- Paid Ads Specialist: Manage ad budgets, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals, and remarketing strategies.
- SEO Specialist: Develop skincare authority content plans, blog briefs, and conduct on-page audits.
- Designer: Ensure brand visuals, ad creative, and packaging visuals align with strategy.
- Developer: Oversee website optimizations, new feature rollouts, and speed improvements.
* Prepare weekly reports on:
- Campaign performance
- Revenue by source/channel
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) & CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by cohort
Requirements
1-2 years of proven experience as a Digital Strategist or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar.
Experience with eCommerce platforms and optimizing conversion funnels.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
