Minimum Requirements:- Property industry and municipal accounts experience essential Creditors / Account reconciliations and payments experience essential Intermediate Excel Valid Drivers Licence Experience in dealing with council queries will be advantageous Pastel / SAGE ERP 300 knowledge will be advantageous Duties:- Utility Management Verification and Optimisation Energy Assessments Risk Management Ensures compliance with relevant Acts and Bylaws Assist manager with the processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimise business risk
