Job Summary
Conduct maintenance and repair of:
- Production machinery
- Conveyor systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Install and align new machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Certified Mechanical Fitter (relevant trade certification required).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Age Range: 30 + years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (advantageous).
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication (advantageous).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have own reliable transport.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
