Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly accounting services for 25 clients
- Proficient with eFiling
- Deadline orientated
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently
- Extrovert preferred as he/she needs to be confident in dealing with multiple clients
- Ideal would be to have worked in a similar environment
- Xero, Pastel, Sage One, Sage Evolution software experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
