Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic couple for a Guide / Maintenance and Assistant Lodge Manager position at a luxury 5-star lodge located in the Kruger National Park. This opportunity is ideal for a committed couple who thrive in a remote bush environment and are ready to invest energy and passion into their roles.

Guide / Maintenance Role:

• Must hold Full Trails Guide qualifications

• Previous experience as a guide essential

• Strong vehicle and general lodge maintenance background

• Excellent hosting and guest interaction skills

• Good administrative skills, including month-end reporting

• Fluent in English

• Must be a team player and hard worker (not a clock-watcher)

• Non-smoker preferred

Assistant Lodge Manager Role:

• Experience in a FOH/Assistant Lodge Manager position

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Excellent administrative abilities with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Financial mindset and strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of ResRequest is advantageous

• Great people and hosting skills

• Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude

• Hard working and self-motivated

• Non-smoker preferred

Additional Information:

• Position is available to couples only due to accommodation arrangements

• No children or pets allowed

• Must be willing to work a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle

• Salary is market related and based on experience
