Job Summary
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new or enhanced systems and applications.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Support testing efforts by assisting in test case creation, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and documenting results.
- Maintain detailed and organized project documentation, including process flows, user stories, use cases, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Participate in Team Planning & Review Sessions such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Help track and report on project progress, risks, and issues. [Project Management]
- Conduct basic data analysis to support business decision-making. [t-SQL skill will be advantageous]
- Provide support and training to end-users during implementation and post-deployment phases.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in a business analysis or similar support role, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project tracking platforms is a plus.
