Job Summary
One of the TOP banks in S.A. is seeking an experienced and registered HPCSA Industrial Psychologist Talent Assessment Specialist to join the team on a 1-year contract, driving transformation!
Focus points:
Hybrid opportunity
Involved with the design of an internship (IOP) programme, which the suitable candidate will be working on for the next 6 months
Strong on solution design
Numbers / numerical skills set
Emotional Intelligence
Evidence based psychology measure, quantify, data (integrate assessment data)
Strong consultation skills
Seeking a very strategic person, a visionary
Someone that understands business thoroughly, ROI
Thomas, SAVILLE accredited or at least have exp. In personality and ability assessments
Experience and qualifications:
Matric
HPCSA registered
Masters’ degree Industrial Psychology – preference
Honours’ degree in Industrial Psychology or similar
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent assessment and management
Great track record in design, implementation, evaluating assessment solutions
Project management experience
Familiar with AGILE methodologies
In depth knowledge of SA labour laws, ethical guidelines and regulations
Clear credit record
Clear criminal
Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront
