Job Summary

ððððððð ðððððððððððð Grade 12 (Matric) Recognised 3-year hospitality or F&B qualification (advantageous) Minimum 5 years experience in Food & Beverage with at least 2 years in Food and Beverage Management. Computer literacy in MS Office, Nebula, and SCS; basic INFOR knowledge an advantage Strong knowledge of hotel operations and ownership environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of financials, costing, menu planning, and stock control Own transport required South African citizenship (non-negotiable) Knowledge of applicable labour and liquor laws Third or European language skills (advantageous) ððð ðððððððððððððððð Oversee daily operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events Lead, mentor, and train a high-performance F&B team Drive revenue and cost control in alignment with departmental targets Ensure compliance with health, liquor, and safety regulations Manage departmental rosters and labour costs Ensure consistent delivery of five-star guest service across all F&B touchpoints Support marketing initiatives and implement creative promotions Maintain strict financial procedures, cash controls, and reporting protocols Conduct regular departmental meetings and staff performance reviews Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Sales, and Marketing on menu updates and launches Handle guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the Deputy GM ðððððððð ðððððððððð Hands-on and present in operations Commercially minded and guest-centric Composed under pressure with strong organisational skills Strategic thinker with a passion for excellence ððð ðððð?
