Job Summary
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Recognised 3-year hospitality or F&B qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage with at least 2 years in Food and Beverage Management.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Nebula, and SCS; basic INFOR knowledge an advantage
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and ownership environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of financials, costing, menu planning, and stock control
- Own transport required
- South African citizenship (non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of applicable labour and liquor laws
- Third or European language skills (advantageous)

- Oversee daily operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performance F&B team
- Drive revenue and cost control in alignment with departmental targets
- Ensure compliance with health, liquor, and safety regulations
- Manage departmental rosters and labour costs
- Ensure consistent delivery of five-star guest service across all F&B touchpoints
- Support marketing initiatives and implement creative promotions
- Maintain strict financial procedures, cash controls, and reporting protocols
- Conduct regular departmental meetings and staff performance reviews
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Sales, and Marketing on menu updates and launches
- Handle guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the Deputy GM
