Job Summary
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting driver development? We’re looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our Driver Training Division and help us shape the future of logistics excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate driver training schedules, assessments, and refresher courses
Maintain accurate records of training, certifications, and compliance
Support trainers with logistics, vehicle availability, and venue setup
Communicate effectively with drivers, trainers, and internal teams
Assist with onboarding, reporting, and regulatory audits
What You’ll Need:
Matric (Grade 12) – essential
2–3 years’ experience in admin or operations support (logistics/training preferred)
Strong Excel and communication skills
Knowledge of driver licensing, PDPs, and compliance frameworks (advantageous)
Valid driver’s license (Code 08 or higher preferred)
Location: EastRand
