Purpose:To provide EXCELLENT Customer service at a Fast Food outlet in Athlone by actively, timeously and accurately processing transactions on POS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Provide Great Customer Service by processing Customer orders according to SOP2. Maintain speed of service3. Process payment types accurately according to SOP4. Inform Customers about current promotions and drive sales5. Increase order averages by upselling or suggestive selling techniques6. Maintain the Cleanliness and Hygiene of the counter service areas according to SOP7. Maintain FOH Stock according to SOPREQUIREMENTS:1. National Senior Certificate (preferred)2. Senior Certificate (required)3. Well-developed Literacy skills4. Well-developed Numeracy skills5. Fluent in English and Afrikaans6. Able to work flexible hours7. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays8. Ability to work under pressureHours are as follows:Monday to Friday10am to 5:30pmSaturday11am to 6pm or 1pm to 8pm
