Description

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join their team in Secunda. Our client is a leading company in the Engineering and construction industry and offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data. If you are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Managing financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness
Preparing financial statements and reports
Analyzing financial data and identifying trends and areas for improvement
Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
8 Years Previous comparable experience in a financial environment
VIP Payroll Experience
Sage Accounting Experience
Must have a good commercial knowledge of engineering and construction type contracts and contracting
Computer Literate in MS Office
Valid Drivers License
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
