Key Responsibilities Assist in the R&D lifecycle for mechanical and stabiliser systems, supporting the team from design to prototype development. Support project teams in understanding client requirements and help deliver engineering solutions under guidance from senior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are executed according to technical specifications and timelines. Contribute to the development of mechanical designs, performing calculations, simulations, and prototype testing under supervision. Assist with documentation and reporting for design projects, including updating drawings, BOMs, and technical reports. Support prototype assembly and testing, helping to identify issues and suggest improvements under guidance. Conduct basic research on materials, components, and manufacturing methods to support project development. Learn and apply engineering standards and best practices, including ISO, ASME, and local safety regulations. Participate in meetings with internal teams and occasional client discussions, assisting in preparation of reports or presentations. Contribute ideas during team design reviews, bringing fresh perspectives while learning from senior engineers. Follow safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all design and engineering activities. Learn and apply best practices in design, prototyping, and problem-solving with mentoring from senior engineers Requirements Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics (BSc/BEng), or equivalent. Candidates should have completed or be in final year.
