Manage relationships with reinsurers, internal teams (actuarial, underwriting, and finance), and key stakeholders across two regional markets. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field. Qualifications: Qualified Actuary, Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent (advantageous but not essential). Experience: Minimum of 7 years in life reinsurance or insurance, with strong exposure to structuring treaty and facultative reinsurance deals (e.g., quota share, surplus, and excess of loss).
