This is a high-performance call centre sales role for a driven and persuasive agent who thrives in a target-based environment. Youll sell vehicle service plans while building trust with customers and consistently closing deals.

What Youll Do

• Sell service plan policies through outbound telesales

• Educate customers on product benefits and match them to their needs

• Handle objections with professionalism and overcome them effectively

• Optimise every lead by cross-selling where possible

• Deliver high-quality service to both customers and lead providers

• Work independently, manage your time, and meet daily sales goals

• Continuously improve performance through collaboration and coaching

What You Bring

• Matric, RE5, and FETC: Short-Term Insurance NQF4 (essential)

• 3+ years of outbound call centre sales experience

• 2+ years selling service plans or term warranties (non-negotiable)

• Fluent in English and one additional official language

• Excellent verbal communication and closing skills

• Strong attention to detail and resilience under pressure
