About the Opportunity
A specialist agricultural advisory firm in Stellenbosch is looking for a Management Accountant – Agriculture to join their growing team. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility to work partially remotely while supporting a diverse portfolio of agribusiness clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Provide insights and recommendations on agricultural financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices
• Support clients with funding applications, feasibility models, and business planning where needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CIMA / CGMA preferred; CA(SA) advantageous
• Experience in management or cost accounting; agricultural experience highly beneficial
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
