Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: 5 years experience in residential property / facilities management Proven track record in maintenance planning, contractor management, and compliance. Strong leadership and team management experience. Budgeting and financial control experience. Knowledge of OHS and building compliance regulations. Excellent communication and tenant relationship skills. Ability to take initiative and work flexibly in a dynamic environment Valid drivers license The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Maintenance management oversee maintenance; ensure timely response; coordinate on job cards Preventative maintenance develop/implement schedules; conduct regular inspections Team management lead maintenance : recruitment, training, development; performance reviews; assigning tasks Budget management prepare/manage budget; track expenditure; identify cost saving options Inventory management maintain inventory; monitor stock levels Contractors/SLA management manage SLAs; maintain relations; monitor contractor performance Reporting prepare maintenance activity reports; maintain maintenance records Compliance / safety ensure all activities comply with safety regulations Liaison / coordination coordinate with depts to ensure project execution Sal ary: Market related basic, risk benefit, pension, cell, laptop, vehicle
