An established security service company is looking for an experienced individual to join the team in Pretoria, Irene region.The purpose of the Operations Administrator Clerk is to ensure the smooth functioning of all Admin Duties within the assigned Office. The Key aspects of your position are to ensure that the appropriate Calls are logged immediately, Accurately and Timeously and to ensure that all information is Captured correctly when receiving Job Cards from the Technicians. The administration of this position involves answering Phone Calls, checking E-mails and Whatsapp Messages to log the Calls received accordingly.
