About the Role
Our client in the Education Industry is seeking a highly skilled Web Developer and Technical Support professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, as well as providing technical support for various IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Development of all the websites and web Infrastructures
- Backend Programming
- Setup and Installation of Web Platforms CMS (Jooma / WordPress / Other)
- Installing and testing of third-party web applications, plugins, and components
- CSS and Styling of web infrastructures
- Web Database Management
- Populate info and data on the websites as provided by various parties.
- Integration of Social Media Platforms
- Web and College Server Maintenance
- All business Website Development & Maintenance
- LMS Maintenance (Updates and Installs)
- CRM Maintenance (Pipelines and integrations)
- Client Website Maintenance (updates)
- Online Course Enrolment Forms
- Web Design and Development of new Business Websites
- Updating of all website and web infrastructures to the latest versions on a regular basis
- Troubleshooting and fault finding of any web related problems and conflicts
- Liaison with management and potential clients with all support related enquiries
- Implementing and improving of Web related services and tools
- CRM Development Support
• Setting up and creating of CRM pipelines and sales funnels as requested
• Testing of Sales funnels in the CRM
• Management of the Integration of CRM and Websites
• Technical maintenance of CRM related functions and operations
- IT Technical Support
• Any technical support related to website and IT infrastructure.
• Setup of Operational Software and platforms when needed.
• Support in setting up of staff Emails and accounts.
• Any other inhouse staff IT related technical support
• Installation of computer workstations
